This group focuses on fostering self-empowerment, emotional expression, and self-love through poetry. Participants will explore personal growth, identity, and resilience using creative writing, discussion, and reflection, addressing needs related to low self-esteem, emotional regulation, and personal empowerment. The group incorporates principles of narrative therapy, mindfulness, and the Belief System Analysis Scale (BSAS). These approaches help participants explore core values shaping their identity and emotional experience, leading to deeper self-awareness and empowerment. Each session aligns with a core value from the Belief System Analysis (BSAS), helping participants explore themes of self-love, self-awareness, and personal empowerment through reflection and creativity.
